Bhosten is a proud Poruma, Mauar, Erub, Bidjara and Dhunghutti man from Queensland. With a strong academic background, he has completed a Bachelor of Urban Development (Honours) in Construction Management and a Master of Project Management at the Queensland University of Technology He is currently finalising his Master of Strategic People Management at the University of New South Wales.
Currently working as a Project Engineer at John Holland Group, Bhosten is involved in both road and rail development projects. He is committed to advancing his leadership skills and will pursue a Master of Business Administration to strengthen his ability to lead and manage large-scale infrastructure projects. His goal is to bring essential connectivity improvements to regional and remote communities across Australia, enhancing access to education and employment opportunities. Through his work, Bhosten aims to create lasting change that supports the growth and development of Indigenous communities across Australia.
